  • Led the digital brand strategy for NASA Science, overseeing a team of dozens of communicators and creatives to ensure a cohesive, inclusive, and engaging brand presence across digital platforms.
  • Directed digital campaigns for major NASA events, including the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse and the agency’s most technically advanced broadcast to date, resulting in 38.3M views, an Emmy Award and a Webby Award.
  • Played a key role in the redesign of science.nasa.gov, coordinating across internal teams and contractors to integrate user insights, and improve accessibility.
  • Oversaw and led the development of comprehensive graphic style guides for broadcasts and large-scale campaigns, establishing standards for logos, color palettes, typography, and overall visual design.
  • Deep experience analyzing metrics and audience insights and translating that data into actionable strategies that can be used to evolve and improve branding and content strategy.
  • Oversaw budgets exceeding $1M and successfully delivered multi-platform campaigns on time and within scope, despite federal bureaucratic constraints.
  • Contributed to NASA’s AI Working Group, which led agency-wide strategies for the ethical integration of AI in communication workflows.
  • Directed digital content strategy and led teams for 90+ official social media accounts in NASA’s Science Mission Directorate.
  • Streamlined digital presence by consolidating 300+ legacy social media accounts into a high-performing, brand-aligned ecosystem, growing the collective audience from 40M to 124M.
  • Developed tailored communications strategies for senior leadership.
  • Created compelling, shareable content for NASA’s flagship social platforms, reaching audiences of 88M+.
